RHS Operating at Reduced Capacity Until Further Notice

Consistent with the Presidential Executive Order on Reevaluating and Realigning United States Foreign Aid, the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration notified CWS that the Refugee Housing Solutions (RHS) capacity strengthening and technical assistance award is immediately suspended as of January 24, 2025, pending a department-wide review of foreign assistance programs. Following this date, CWS has stopped all work under the award. In compliance with this directive, all RHS offerings of technical assistance, National Housing Working Groups, regional communities of practices, webinars, etc. are cancelled until further notice. Technical assistance booking is also unavailable at this time. CWS Refugee Housing Solutions is operating at a reduced capacity on service provision and only providing services per the project under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Refugee Resettlement efforts for enhancing Refugee Housing Solutions.
