Housing Newcomers: A Helpful Guide to Working with Newcomer Tenants
This training will provide clear guidance and best practices for renting to refugee and newcomer tenants and working in conjunction with the resettlement agencies that serve this population. Covering information from different immigration statuses, to why refugees and newcomers especially need housing support, to how you can make processes smooth and efficient, this training seeks to demystify the idea of renting to this population and to highlight its benefits.
