The National Low Income Housing Coalition (NLIHC) published the 2024 edition of its annual Advocates’ Guide, subtitled “A Primer on Federal Affordable Housing and Community Development Programs and Policies.” Affordable housing advocates across disciplines are encouraged to use the resource as an “overview of housing programs and advocacy tools.”
