Enhancing Refugee Housing Solutions Annual Housing Needs Assessment Report: Housing Stakeholders | FY 2026

This report presents findings from the FY 2026 survey of landlords and property managers. The survey was designed to better understand the challenges and opportunities landlords and property managers encounter when renting to refugees and other newcomers, as well as factors that may influence their willingness to expand access to housing for ORR-eligible populations.

Findings will help RHS identify priority areas for technical assistance, resources, and other support to strengthen relationships with housing providers and improve housing outcomes and optimize services, ensure efficient use of funds, and implement effective solutions that enhance housing stability and self-sufficiency for ORR-eligible populations.
